Our jumping fitness classes are the best way to get in shape, easily and quickly. Our energetic Jump Master will make sure you get a full body workout that will improve your condition, agility, endurance, strength, and speed, all in just one hour. Your trampoline provides extra resistance, so one thing is for sure: you’ll be sore tomorrow!
There are 1 or 2 jumping fitness classes scheduled every day of the week. The same lesson is given every day of the week, and then the lesson content is changed for the next week. The jumping fitness master will make sure there are new challenges in store for you every week!
